 Jane has a new Web site called Green Rice, a collection of old recipes and the stories they inspire. If you have a box of old recipe cards whose tale you would like to tell, go to www.greenricetales.com and read what others have contributed. Then follow the instructions on the "Share a Story" page to send her your recipe. Cookbook author, chef, teacher, and co-owner of the winery, Jane O'Riordan is responsible for all the special foods you'll find at Terre Rouge and Easton Wines. During winery special events you'll find Jane hosting lunch on the patio or serving tapas in the Tasting Room. She travels extensively for new inspiration and is currently working on her second cookbook.  |
