Terre Rouge Vin Gris d’Amador: This dry rosé is excellent as an aperitif and with a variety of appetizers.
Jane’s Recipe: Goat Cheese Spread with sun-dried tomatoes and capers
Terre Rouge Rox: An aperitif wine made from Roussanne. Serve with savory meats, pâtés, and hard cheeses.
Jane’s Recipe: Prosciutto-wrapped fresh figs
Easton Sauvignon Blanc: Crisp minerals and rich finish. Pairs well with shrimp, oysters, crab, petrale sole.
Jane’s Recipe: Shrimp and Fennel Salad
Terre Rouge Viognier: Fermented fully in neutral French oak, this is a rich and creamy white wine.
Jane’s Recipe: Blue Cheese and Leek Tart
Terre Rouge Enigma: (Rhône blend) A nice balance of fruit and minerality. Can handle spicy Thai and Indian dishes.

Terre Rouge Roussanne: Delicate and aromatic white to pair with sushi and sashimi, poultry and vegetable salads.

Easton Pinot Noir: Bright raspberries and silky finish. Salmon, pork tenderloin, beef carpaccio, beet salad.

Easton Cabernet Franc: Loire style, lighter than Cab Sauvignon. Meat and vegetable gratins, stews and soups.

Terre Rouge Tête-à-Tête: (Rhône Blend) Bistro wine that is extremely versatile. Moussaka, omelettes, mushroom soup.

Terre Rouge Noir: (Rhône Blend) Smooth and elegant, works well with salmon, pork, swordfish, vegetable gratins.

Terre Rouge Syrah, Ascent: Winemaker’s blockbuster cuvee. Pair with food that is big and complex for a special dinner.

Easton Zinfandel, Fiddletown: Rich spices and black cherries. Grilled flank steak, sausages, Thanksgiving turkey.
