2 cloves garlic
1 bunch cilantro
12 dates, pitted
1/2 cup shredded coconut, soaked in 1/4 cup water for 30. minutes
juice of 2 limes
1/2 tsp.- 1 tsp. Asian chili sauce (rooster sauce)
Place garlic in food processor and mince. Add cilantro and chop fine. Add the dates and the coconut and blend until a paste. Add lime juice and chili sauce to taste and blend.
