The grapes from the Rinaldi Vineyard were left out to ripen for 3 more weeks after we harvested for our regular dry Old Vine Zin. Fermentation was spontaneous and continued slowly until mid-December when the wine reached a natural equilibrium and balance. 13.6 % alcohol by vol.; 16.7 % residual sugar
