Jane's ROX Cocktail

Ingredients

• 2 ozs Terre Rouge ROX, or amontillado Sherry
• 1 oz dry, white vermouth, such as Dolin
• 1 oz sweet, red vermouth, such as Carpano Antica
• 3 drops of orange bitters
• 1 orange zest twist

Directions

Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake just enough to chill the drink. Strain into a glass and add a twist of orange.
