National Sales Representative- West Coast 

This is a full-time position that involves 2/3 road sales work and 1/3 office sales work in California. The job is national sales with a focus on West Coast US markets doing organized sales through our existing channels and helping develop new state distributor sales channels. Duties include assigning goals and allocations; attain those goals and sales through day to day distributor relationship management, work-withs, account visits, sales staff education, pricing management, points-of-distribution development, cultivation of key buyers and sales reps. in major wine markets.

The candidate will know the difference between hand-crafted, artisanal viticulture and winemaking and sales of these wines versus the corporate model of wine production and sales, as this is the key to our uniqueness and success.The ideal candidate will be able to socially relate to distributor sales staff and those in the retail and on-premise wine trade. The right person will be highly-organized, skilled at follow-up, and able to work a flexible schedule due to market travel. This person needs to be highly- presentable personally, have charm, sales acumen, and have the ability to hang with a variety of people and go-with-the-flow. Compensation will be based on the background and experience of the candidate. Vineyard & Cellar Technician- Full Time

The Vineyard & Cellar Technician will work alongside the winemaker and assistant winemaker to craft world class wines at our facility in Shenandoah Valley, CA. Vineyard work will be at our sites, located within 10 miles of the winery. Day-to-day responsibilities will be based on the skills and experience of the candidate, but will include independent work.  This is a great opportunity to learn and gain experience at a family-owned, vertically-integrated winery business. This is an entry-level full-time salary position with benefits. Compensation will be based on the background and experience of the candidate. Vineyard & Cellar Technician- Internship

Vineyard & Cellar Technician Internship will, along with management, farm 35 acres of premium grapes in Shenandoah Valley, CA. Duties include working in the day-to-day operations of our high-quality, internationally-renowned, organic vineyard operations in consultation with the owner/winemaker, including working with labor crews, tractor work (discing, mowing, spraying), maintaining and repairing equipment, and managing landscape surrounding vineyards and winery facilities. You will switch to winery work and harvest activities during the Fall grape harvest and other key production times. This a great opportunity to learn and gain experience at a family-owned, vertically-integrated winery business. This is a competitively paid internship that will start as soon as possible and go through harvest (November). Tasting Room Associate- Part Time

The Tasting Room Associate will work alongside the other tasting room staff to create a unique wine tasting experience for those who visit our winery. Must be available to work on weekends. Primary responsibility will be to share our story with those who come to wine taste. Day-to-day responsibilities will be based on the skills and experience of the candidate. This is a great opportunity to learn and gain experience at a family-owned, team-oriented winery.
