Our 2018 bottling of Vin Gris has the dryness, richness, and terroir of the best French rosés. With a substantial
amount of Grenache in this bottling I think the 2018 wine has a Tavel-like presence. In fact, many
people often compare our rosé to some of the most famous Southern French rosés.
The wine has subtle cinnamon/nutmeg spiciness with tasty persimmon, watermelon, and white peach fruit characteristics. It is absolutely
dry with a delicious creamy nuance and crisp bite.
