Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup Italian parsley leaves
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Aleppo pepper or ground chile
Directions

In a food processor or blender combine the cilantro, parsley and garlic. Mince fine.

 

 Juice the lemon half into the herbs. Add the olive oil and spices. Blend until smooth. Taste for salt and spice adding more to your liking.
