Ingredients
  • 2 cups mint leaves
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk yogurt
Directions
Place the mint leaves in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse repeatedly until very fine. Scrape down the sides and pulse again.
Juice the lemon and add with the spices to the mint. Pulse again.
Add the yogurt and process to blend until very smooth.
